From 2020 to 2026, the Coaching Program took people from construction sites, kitchens, classrooms, and offices and turned them into working software developers. The model: one-on-one coaching from developers working at Atlantic Canada's top companies, real projects instead of assignments, and a pace that fit around jobs and families.
